Description
This software package provides two voxel-based image registration algorithms that are based on maximising Normalised Mutual Information (NMI). They are incorporated in a user-friendly command-line and graphical interface that includes a visualisation tool for 3D image pairs to permit analysis of registration results. These algorithms have been demonstrated on range of medical applications including brain, breast, liver, and cardiac data and results have been published.

Requirements
This software uses the Visualization Toolkit (VTK) by Kitware which is open source and can be downloaded for free. VTK needs to be installed on your system before you can use the VTK CISG Registration Toolkit.
