Name
Fiber Viewer
Byline
UNC at Chapel Hill, Psychiatry and computer sciences departments
Description
The Fiber Viewer allows us to display the fibers tracked by the Fiber Tracking tool, to sort them, remove the outliers, and compute some properties. This software uses several gathering algorithms to create bundles within the fiber dataset. There are also easy to use tools to cut the fibers, compute mean properties.
