Description
Valmet is a tool to improve segmentations. It uses several algorithms to compare segmentations (Overlap ratio, Haussdorf distance, Surface distance, Probabilistic overlap). All these algorithms are available in 2D and in 3D. For each of theses computations, Valmet has a 2D/3D display to show the differences. There is also a function to create script file to load a set of images and to save this script file. You can compare automaticly and easily a set of images. The result are saved in an output file directly importable in MS-Exel.
