Description
Template-based inhomogeneity correction for high-resolution T1 MRI images.
  1. Uses B-spline warp of template onto image to estimate tissue types and bias.
  2. Corrects image intensities
  3. Outputs corrected image and estimated (inverse) bias field
  4. Run time approx. 45 minutes for 3D T1 image
