- Description
- "Brede" is a neuroinformatics toolbox primarily written in the Matlab language running under matlab 6.0 or later. Its primary purposes are handling, analyzing and visualizing data from functional neuroimaging experiments, - not the original data but rather the summary images (e.g., statistical parametric images) and location data in stereotactic space. It includes Corner Cube visualization, VRML97 generation, text and link analysis, and probabilistic modeling of activation foci (a la Peter T. Fox's "functional volumes modeling").
