- Description
- The DTI Track 2005 software is the "all-in-one" solution for diffusion tensor MRI (DTI) processing and fiber tracking:
- Supports up to 129 diffusion gradients coded internally, as well as user-defined sequences;
- Fast and robust fiber tractography using adaptative algorithms;
- Real-time 3D navigation into the cerebral connectivity using a cropping box;
- Interactively and intuitively define ROIs;
- Co-registration of the DTI with the anatomy (only if used with DPTools);
- Possibility to overlap functional maps to determine possible fiber pathways between activated regions;
- Different rendering mode: streamlines and streamtubes for fibers, planar views and volume rendering for anatomy and functional maps;
- Written in c++ and openGL: cross-platform software. - NIfTI-1 support
