User comments:: Installation Support is only given when using REDHAT Unix Distribution. his is very unsatisfieying ! But when you evaluating the demo the support team was very helpful with my istalltion on a SUSE LINUX System. T On the other hand support via email is excellent! I never saw a better user support. During working hours average response time (via email!) to my several issues was 15 Minutes! And the guys always had a solution for my problems and could advise me how to fix them. Again

User comments:: Most things did work fine! This tool is very easy to use and offers many useful modules. One negative aspect is that the Software-Versions of the implemented SPM and FSL Modules are quite old and that there are no updates at the moment. Some aspect would be great for the future: - No limitation of the support only for REDHAT Linux - More frequent updates. Live-Update feature via Internet ? - Export of results via HTML that requires a Installed Javascript-Brobser is not very conveniant. An build-in solution for viewing result would be better in my view - Application is quite expensive! Lower the price!

User comments:: Execellent! Very good tutorials, very good description of every feature. Excellent support via email. I think the suppport is one the the big advantages and arguments for this application!
